Rosie is a fully qualified nutritionist who graduated from the renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London and is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) the professional body for practitioners.
Rosie's passion is helping people to achieve better health and believes that by improving diet and lifestyle you are in a better position to accomplish anything you want. Rosie considers herself to be friendly and positive with a bubbly personality. Her approach is realistic and manageable and personalises each consultation to your individual needs.

Before the first consultation clients are sent a nutrition questionnaire to be filled in and returned after which Rosie will arrange an appointment for them to come into the studio for the initial consultation which will last for approx 1 hour. There will then be a follow up appointment of 45 minutes. The consultation itself will involve information gathering about the client's current diet, lifestyle and goals. The aim is to identify the underlying cause and apply realistic recommendations that can help to improve their condition or presenting symptoms. Rosie works on an individual food program specific to the client which, may also involve lifestyle and supplement advice and in some cases laboratory tests may be required depending on the individual.
