Our Chiropractic Techniques, Rehabilitation Programs, Stretch and Strengthening exercises

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve the way your spine moves, your muscles work and to help stimulate your nervous system. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience. To complement your treatment program of spinal adjustments we have put together a series of spinal stretches and strengthening exercises.

These exercises are designed to initially stretch your spine and associated muscles that have become less flexible and then, after you feel more competent at the stretching exercises, to begin a core strengthening program. This may include spinal and sports rehabilitation programs. NEURO IMPULSE ADJUSTING

This technique uses a handheld device that delivers a consistent, repeatable low force manual impulse to the specific vertebrae or muscle that may be problematic. This impulse is at a frequency that is sympathetic to your spinal movement receptors.This impulse, like all Chiropractic techniques practised here, stimulates feedback to your central nervous system which in turn facilitates recovery. Patients who do not like the cracking or twisting often prefer this method.
